Welcome

This is an eclectic collection of original short stories scribbled down on whatever medium was available at the time. Some of these are complete but may encounter editing when the mood takes me. The rest are nowhere near completion and might never be finished, it really depends upon my fickle muse.

You'll find that these short stories range from the odd factual / dramatised random article but most are just a fictionalised assortment of short tales woven purely from imagination. You will probably also find that quite a few of these have a somewhat darker edge - I tend to write more frequently when my mood is sombre.

I had previously included the stories I'd written for children into one long jumbled post, but these have been moved to a separate page to ease navigation. You will probably also discover - if you're a frequent visitor - that the layout, or other construction elements evolve over time and this is because I'm a complete blogger novice so I'll be mixing things up a little as I learn more about it the craft. Don't be reticent to make suggestions, your feedback will always be welcome even if it isn't implemented :o)

Those of you who know me particularly well will know that I was an avid "Sims" fan and I'm still pretty fanatical about the game although I don't play it nearly as often, or as much as I used to. But I did begin writing a Sims story, 'Malice at Midnight' a few years ago - back in the heyday of The Sims 2 and I do plan on uploading this under the "Sims Section". I would also like to keep Jack Cricket's World Adventures going if possible and this little yarn, together with the other childlike tales, will be relocated to "Kids Korner".

Okay, this is my first attempt to create a 'new page' on my blog so let's hope it at least has a façade of success - I suspect I may have to do some reading on blog creation before the pages function as I'd like.

Enjoy your visit, stop by again anytime and please feel free to leave a comment.
